About the Role
Dunbia is a family-owned global leader in the food industry, producing consistent quality meat products from sustainable sources for some of the UK's largest supermarkets and food service providers. We are passionate about quality, innovation, and sustainability, and we are looking for ambitious graduates to join our Brighter Futures Graduate Programme. This programme offers a fast-paced, dynamic business environment where you will work alongside passionate professionals who will help you unlock your full potential.

As an Environmental Graduate, you will join a dedicated and supportive team, gaining exposure to all aspects of environmental management within a busy food manufacturing setting. You will participate in continuous improvement projects and develop a wide range of business skills through on-the-job coaching and mentoring. Your responsibilities will grow as your knowledge and skills develop.

Key responsibilities include maintaining compliance with the site Environmental Agency licence, managing the onsite Effluent Treatment Plant, leading the site energy and environmental team to achieve sustainability targets, maintaining and improving ISO 50001 and ISO 14001 management systems, conducting energy and environmental audits, performing monitoring checks such as housekeeping, odour and noise audits, coordinating waste management practices, liaising with the Group Environmental team on sustainability projects, managing environmental training for staff, and supporting improvement projects across departments with a continuous improvement mindset.

With Dunbia, you will receive 1-to-1 coaching, dedicated mentors, bespoke management development, fast-track career progression with potential rotations across the business, invaluable on-the-job training, and investment in residential offsite training and team building to enhance your skills and keep you ahead in your career.
