As an Environmental Graduate, you will join a driven and supportive team, gaining exposure to all aspects of environmental management within a busy food manufacturing environment. Your role will involve continuous improvement projects and collaboration with site Operations Managers and the Group Environmental Team. You will receive 1-to-1 coaching, dedicated mentors, bespoke management development, and investment in residential offsite training and team building.
Key responsibilities include maintaining compliance with the site Environmental Agency licence, managing the onsite Effluent Treatment Plant, leading energy and sustainability initiatives, maintaining ISO 50001 and ISO 14001 standards, conducting audits, coordinating waste management, liaising with suppliers and contractors, managing environmental training, and supporting improvement projects with a continuous improvement mindset.
Experience
Previous experience is not explicitly required; however, a strong understanding of environmental management and sustainability within a business context is advantageous.

Qualifications
