About the Role
Regent's University London is seeking an ambitious and passionate Environmental & Sustainability Manager to lead the development and delivery of our environmental and sustainability agenda. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact across a unique university campus, driving initiatives that support carbon reduction, environmental compliance, biodiversity, resource efficiency and sustainable operations. Working closely with colleagues across the University, you will champion a culture of sustainability and help embed environmental responsibility into everyday decision-making.

Experience
Proven experience in environmental and sustainability management, ideally within a higher education or similar complex organisational environment. Demonstrable success in delivering sustainability initiatives, carbon reduction strategies, and environmental compliance.

About You
You are ambitious, passionate about sustainability, and able to influence and engage colleagues at all levels. You have strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to embed environmental responsibility into everyday decision-making. You are proactive, collaborative, and committed to driving positive environmental change.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or professional qualification in environmental science, sustainability, or a related discipline is desirable. Additional certifications related to environmental management or sustainability are advantageous.
