About the Role
Paysafe is a leading payments platform with 29 years of experience, connecting businesses and consumers globally through payment processing, digital wallets, and online cash solutions. As an ESG and Sustainability Reporting Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of Paysafe's sustainability strategy by leading ESG and sustainability reporting initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the company’s reporting direction, enhance data quality, transparency, and governance in a rapidly evolving global landscape.
You will manage and coordinate annual external sustainability reporting, including double-materiality assessments and non-financial assurance. You will develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for sustainability reporting requirements, identify gaps, and drive accountability across the business. Your role will involve facilitating consistent, reliable, and comparable ESG disclosures in line with regulations such as SEC Climate-related Disclosure Rules, EU CSRD & Taxonomy, UK Climate-related Financial Disclosures, and California SB 253 & 261.
Collaborating with multiple teams, you will improve data processes, systems, and controls to ensure robust and assurable sustainability reporting. You will also coordinate quarterly internal management reporting, support ESG ratings agency engagement, and promote the value of transparency and reporting across the organisation.
