About the Role
The Estates Team play a key role in delivering a great resident experience by providing high-quality estate services focused on gardening, grounds maintenance, and cleaning. As an Estate Gardener & Cleaner, you will carry out gardening, grounds maintenance, and cleaning of internal communal areas to ensure all work meets agreed standards. Your efforts will help keep outdoor spaces tidy, welcoming, and well cared for. Acting as the on-site representative for The Guinness Partnership, you will build positive relationships with residents, colleagues, and contractors. You will also report responsive repairs, fly-tipping, graffiti, and any safeguarding concerns to help maintain safe and attractive communities.

Experience
- Proven professional experience delivering grounds maintenance across a variety of sites and garden types.
- Experience and knowledge of lawn, shrub, and plant care.
- Proven experience of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

About you
- Resident-focused with excellent customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Ability to carry out physical tasks within Health & Safety guidelines.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently without high levels of supervision.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, including COSHH and PPE.
