About the Role

We are seeking Estate Services Mobile Operatives to bring their expertise to the Estate Services Team. You will enjoy working with people and use your knowledge and experience to make a real difference to our communities and residents. Your responsibilities will include caretaking and grounds maintenance tasks, performing deep cleans using machinery such as pressure washers and floor scrubbers on both internal and external estate areas, and general cleaning duties. You will operate vehicles, machines, and equipment across the Estates Services Team, load a rapid bulk refuse collection vehicle, and collect bulk refuse and unwanted items from various locations. This varied and challenging role requires commitment, good customer care skills, effective communication, and a proactive, ‘can do’ attitude. You will work safely and professionally, engaging courteously with members of the public, staff, and community representatives.

Experience
Experience in caretaking and grounds maintenance is essential. Ability to operate vehicles, machinery, and equipment safely and effectively.

Committed and proactive with strong customer care skills. Able to communicate effectively and maintain a professional manner when dealing with the public, staff, and community representatives. Must be aware of and adhere to safe working practices.

Qualifications
Applicants must hold a full valid manual UK driving licence as driving company vehicles is required. This post is subject to Basic Criminal Record Check clearance. You must be eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
