About the Role
Our borough is growing and evolving and our commitment to delivering exceptional front-line services is unwavering. As Executive Director, you will lead a high-profile portfolio, delivering critical services under close scrutiny from residents, businesses and elected members. You will be an ambitious and visible leader, responsible for increasing green flags for our parks and open spaces, enhancing the quality of our public realm and highways, improving our culture and leisure offer, and accelerating our net zero carbon ambitions. This role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver key strategic priorities that will impact the community and environment of Enfield for years to come.

We are passionate about our people and how we deliver services to our community. We encourage a culture that puts customers at the heart of everything we do by empowering our people to work together to find solutions, be open, honest and respectful, take responsibility, and listen and learn. Flexible working arrangements are supported to help balance work and life commitments.
