As a key member of our Maintenance team, you will be responsible for caring for and maintaining the grounds, gardens, and property to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our guests. Your role will include gardening duties, general maintenance, minor repairs, and assisting with the safe operation of mechanical and electrical equipment. Your workmanship will help create the best impression during every guest visit, both outdoors and inside the property.

Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and enhancing the gardens and grounds
- Undertaking activities to maintain a safe and clean external environment
- General DIY and maintenance tasks
- Assisting with minor repairs and equipment checks

Experience
Proven experience in gardening, landscaping, and general maintenance work is essential.

About you
You have excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. You are able to work independently, manage your time effectively, and have the physical ability to perform manual labour including lifting heavy objects, bending, and standing for long periods. Excellent communication and organisational skills are also important.

Qualifications
Relevant certifications in gardening, landscaping, or maintenance are desirable but not essential.
