About the Role

As Gardener, you will establish, maintain, and manage the gardens to the highest horticultural standards. You will be passionate about delivering the best experience for our visitors and guests and instrumental in the creation and restoration of our outdoor spaces. This role requires great attention to detail, including the use of garden machinery for lawn mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, and flower border care. You will also be responsible for the maintenance of the pool and spa swimming pool in the Spa, along with keeping the garden equipment in good working order.

Experience
Previous experience working in gardens or grounds maintenance is essential. Skilled at using and maintaining garden machinery.

About you
You will have the ability to work independently and as part of the wider hotel team in the day-to-day maintenance and development of the gardens and grounds. Passionate about horticulture and delivering excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications
RHS Level 2 or equivalent qualification is preferable.
