About the Role
As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining gardens and landscaped areas across Military Family Housing at RAF Lakenheath and nearby bases. Your duties will include grass cutting, lawn care, weed control, leaf clearance, topping up pea shingle and general garden maintenance to ensure outdoor spaces remain tidy, safe and welcoming. You will use a range of hand tools and light horticultural machinery, clear litter and garden waste, manage basic stock levels and work safely in line with health and safety procedures. You will also contribute to delivering excellent customer service while supporting VIVO's values of being open, caring, agile and collaborative. Experience
Previous experience in gardening, grounds maintenance or landscaping is desirable. Experience using horticultural machinery and powered hand tools is preferred. Knowledge of gardening techniques and seasonal maintenance is an advantage.

About you
You should enjoy working outdoors, have a positive attitude and take pride in the quality of your work. Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team are important. A strong understanding of safe working practices is essential. A full UK driving licence is required due to travel between sites.

Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is desirable but not essential. Commitment to continuous improvement and alignment with VIVO's core values is expected.
