About the Role
Right across infrastructure, there’s a requirement to not only maintain, but also renew and reimagine. Whatever stage you’re at in your career, with us you’ll have an opportunity to grow and develop. Delivering essential infrastructure services for life, while being safety first, and client and customer centric in a friendly, fun and respectful environment where you are encouraged to thrive.
At M Group Energy, we’re enabling the energy essential to support our lives. We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation.
This role will be within our Distribution and Connections team. As one of the largest Independent Connection Providers (ICP’s) in the UK, we support distribution network operations across infrastructure. Our team installs and maintains distribution networks and ensures reliable connections for customers, carrying out electrical planned work, customer connections and network reinforcement.

You’ll use tools like AutoCAD to create design drawings and help prepare key documents such as specifications, Bills of Quantities, and health, safety and environmental reports. You’ll work closely with the team on site visits and surveys, contribute to technical reports, and ensure everything meets quality and safety standards. It’s a great opportunity to collaborate, learn, and grow your skills in a supportive environment.
Our 2 year structured graduate programme is all about helping you grow into one of our future leaders. We’ll give you challenges that stretch you, chances to learn new skills, and all the support you need along the way.
