As a Graduate Environmental, Social & Governance Consultant within our Property & Investment team, you will support investor clients in understanding key sustainability risks and opportunities when acquiring or refurbishing property portfolios across the UK and Europe. You will contribute to delivering a range of ESG services including Net Zero Carbon strategies, climate change risk assessments, green building certification, and sustainable building design. This role offers the chance to join a growing, market-leading team and engage with a rapidly evolving regulatory and market landscape in real estate investment, working with some of the largest investment firms globally.

Requirements

Experience
Graduating in 2026 or recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
Demonstrated resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and consult stakeholders.
Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required (virtual working embraced where possible).

Qualifications
Accepted degrees include BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Design & Architecture, Sustainable Development, Geography, Environmental Change, Renewable Energy, Sustainable & Environmental Management, Building Services, or Building Physics.
