About the Role
Seneca Foods, one of North America's leading providers of packaged fruits and vegetables, is seeking a Grounds Maintenance individual to join our team in Cumberland, WI. Our company sources high-quality products from over 1,400 American farms and distributes to more than 90 countries under well-known brands including Libby’s®, Aunt Nellie’s®, and Green Giant (Shelf-Stable)®. This role involves maintaining the grounds by mowing lawns using riding and push mowers, picking up garbage, emptying trash barrels, operating company vehicles, and assisting with facility security. Additional duties include helping with cleaning in the plant and employee housing, handling and reading labels on cleaning chemical containers, and ensuring compliance with GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety rules, and regulations. Experience
Previous grounds maintenance experience is beneficial but not mandatory. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

About you
You must have good attention to detail and accuracy, be willing and able to work both independently and collaboratively, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. You should be comfortable working with all levels of the organization and be committed to following safety and manufacturing practices.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Valid driver’s license is required.
