About the Role
As a landscaper at The Garden Builders, you will complete individual tasks as instructed by the Foreman and play an integral role in creating beautiful residential and commercial gardens across London and the Home Counties. You will have access to project plans and the ability to make an impact by ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. Your work will primarily focus on hard landscaping across a wide range of projects. You will be part of teams equipped with high quality tools and empowered Foremen, working in a friendly and positive environment. Opportunities to learn new high specification techniques, such as resin bound gravel installation, are provided through onsite training sessions.

Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience across paving, decking, cladding, turfing, fencing and general carpentry
- At least 1 year experience supervising an assistant or labourer (e.g. mixing while you pave)
- Ability to work to detailed plans and complete tasks in line with work schedules
- Good communication skills with team members, external trades, clients and designers
- Ability to maintain a safe and clean working environment according to company policies and site safety procedures
- Experience in minimizing material waste onsite
- Ability to maintain tools, vehicles, plant, equipment and machinery in good and safe working order

Qualifications
- UK Driving Licence (desirable)
- CSCS Card (desirable)
