Working closely with the Site HSE Leader and operational teams, you will help ensure compliance, drive engagement, and support initiatives that protect our people, environment, and business.
In this role, you will support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the site's Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards. Additional responsibilities include conducting workplace inspections, participating in internal audits, supporting accident and incident investigations, maintaining key HSE systems and databases such as Enablon, COSHH/SYPOL, health surveillance records, and training matrices. You will also support environmental management activities and sustainability initiatives, helping the site achieve environmental compliance and performance objectives.
Collaboration with employees and leaders across the business is essential to promote a positive, interdependent culture where health, safety, wellbeing, and environmental responsibility are embedded in daily operations.

You have the ability to support risk assessment processes, hazard identification activities, root cause investigations, and corrective action tracking. You build effective working relationships at all levels and confidently deliver training, toolbox talks, and HSE communications. You are organised, proactive, and motivated to drive compliance, improve processes, and contribute to operational and HSE excellence.
