About the Role

As one of the main contractors for the construction of Hinkley Point C nuclear power plant, Framatome oversees the design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of primary circuit components.

The Health Safety & Environmental Advisor will report to the Project Health Safety and Environmental Manager and be responsible for monitoring and improving health, safety, and environmental performance on site. Key duties include producing reports, supporting site supervision and subcontractors on occupational health and safety matters, coordinating with the Principal Contractor, enforcing site safety rules, ensuring compliance with UK legislation and client standards, reviewing method statements and risk assessments, attending daily HSE meetings and team briefs, conducting accident and near miss investigations, and carrying out workplace inspections.

Experience
Minimum of 5 to 10 years working as an Occupational Health Safety Advisor
