Location
Cheshire - Operating from our Widnes depot, serving the Bromborough area.

Hours
Monday to Friday shifts starting between 3-4 am, with a stable 40-hour workweek. Paid breaks included. Weekend overtime opportunities available for additional earnings.

Salary
£14.47 per hour with overtime paid at £18.09 per hour after 40 hours. Performance bonuses available after full training: 8p per bin collected daily plus a timing bonus based on targets (£10, £14, or £18 per day).

About the Role
Join Panda, a leading waste management solutions provider specialising in sustainable resource recovery and circular economy practices. As an HGV Class 2 Trade Waste Driver, you will play a vital role in our environmental services operations by safely and efficiently collecting and transporting commercial and industrial waste using our modern HGV fleet. You will plan efficient routes to maximise productivity and minimise environmental impact, deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring sites are tidy and bins correctly positioned, conduct daily vehicle checks, and adhere to all relevant waste duty of care regulations, drivers’ hours, and health and safety standards. Experience
Valid UK Class 2 licence with current Driver CPC. Experience in waste sector operations is preferred. Strong knowledge of waste hierarchy and environmental compliance is advantageous.

You are a safety-focused driver who takes pride in vehicle presentation and customer service. You have strong route knowledge of the Widnes area and a commitment to sustainability. Physically fit to perform manual handling tasks and able to communicate effectively with customers.

Qualifications
Must hold a valid UK Class 2 driving licence, current Driver CPC, and a digital tachograph card.
