About the Role
As our HSE Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the implementation of our Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) strategy. Working closely with the Senior HSE Advisor, you will promote a positive safety culture, ensure legal compliance, and support continuous improvement across all HSE activities. This hands-on role is ideal for someone passionate about safety and who enjoys collaborating across all levels of the business.

Key responsibilities include supporting and conducting risk assessments, implementing effective control measures, assisting with legislative compliance and HSE management systems, carrying out audits, inspections, and monitoring activities, supporting incident investigations and corrective actions, delivering HSE training and awareness sessions, supporting waste management and environmental compliance, contributing to HSE committee meetings, maintaining accurate records and reports, supporting emergency arrangements and site security, participating in audits and site visits, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and sharing best practices.

Experience
Basic knowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental practices or relevant operational exposure.

Confidence using technology and digital systems.
A passion for learning and developing HSE expertise.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications required, but relevant HSE knowledge or experience is advantageous.
