About the Role
The Industrial Water Treatment Scientist will service, recommend changes, report, and communicate water treatment performance at customer sites, working within a predefined commercial agreement. You will be responsible for achieving defined goals and objectives while working safely, compliantly, and efficiently at your customer sites. Key responsibilities include completing Legionella sampling, engaging in QEHS systems and documentation management, ensuring full water service plans are completed monthly, quarterly, and annually, sampling and testing industrial waters, consulting on chemical treatment and basic technical concepts with customers, submitting Consultant Service Reports (CSRs), raising issues with Operations Leaders and Commercial colleagues when necessary, and participating in review meetings with customers from an operational and technical perspective. Strong organisation skills and the ability to schedule and plan your own site visits are essential.
Experience
Science or Engineering background with experience in water treatment.
About you
Good organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel within the assigned area with some overnight stays if necessary. A valid driving licence is required. Currently eligible to work in the UK.
Qualifications
Relevant science or engineering qualifications preferred. Commitment to working safely and compliantly in line with company and regulatory standards.
