About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Intern to join our Marketing & Communications team for a fixed term of up to 6 months. This role offers hands-on experience across digital marketing, content creation and campaign delivery, supporting the team to bring our brand to life across multiple channels.
You will work closely with marketers, designers and commercial teams to create engaging content, maintain our digital presence and help deliver campaigns that drive awareness of Notpla and our mission. Our office-first culture promotes a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere while maximising productivity. We are a social business with regular clubs and events, proud of our diverse, mission-driven community working together to make plastic disappear.
As a Marketing Intern, you will support a wide variety of marketing activities including social content creation, website updates, trend research and integrated campaign support. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop practical marketing experience in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment where curiosity, creativity and initiative are encouraged.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the execution of the social media content calendar across key channels, scheduling, publishing and optimising content
- Suggesting new content ideas, creative formats and social trends
- Supporting monthly content performance reporting with insights and recommendations
- Uploading and publishing blog articles, case studies and news stories using the website CMS
- Updating landing pages, product pages and campaign content to keep information accurate and engaging
- Supporting SEO improvements through content optimisation and basic keyword research
- Using AI tools to generate and test social media hooks, headlines and content variations
- Researching industry trends, competitor activity and emerging content formats to inspire campaigns
- Assisting in the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across social media, web and email
- Helping create marketing assets for events, product launches and customer communications
- Coordinating marketing calendars and keeping projects on track
- Contributing to campaign reporting, presentation decks and internal marketing documentation
Experience
Studying towards, or recently completed, a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related subject, or able to demonstrate equivalent experience.
