About the Role
Botanic Gardens Conservation International (BGCI) is seeking a Membership Information Management Officer to play a key role in delivering the BGCI 2025-2030 Strategic Framework and membership programme. This role supports member engagement, data and information management, and the utilisation of BGCI's global information systems. You will ensure the accuracy and integration of member and garden data across CRM systems, support conservation services for members, staff, and internal projects, and contribute to the wider success of the BGCI global network. The position requires a strong blend of information management, CRM administration, data analysis, and member engagement skills, alongside the ability to work effectively within a global conservation organisation.
About BGCI
BGCI is the largest global plant conservation network, representing over 950 member institutions in more than 120 countries. It facilitates collaboration between botanic gardens and conservation organisations worldwide, supports the development and long-term functioning of botanic garden networks, and mobilises funding and technical assistance for practical conservation efforts globally.
Experience
Proven experience in information management supporting membership, donor, or partnership programmes within conservation, scientific, or not-for-profit environments is essential.
About you
You are detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage complex data and CRM systems. You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable engaging with members and stakeholders globally. You must be eligible to work in the UK as BGCI is unable to provide sponsorship for this role.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or demonstrable experience in information management, CRM administration, or related fields are desirable but not explicitly stated as mandatory.

The contract is full-time (35 hours per week) for 3 years.
