The EPCI Director is a key role with wide ranging accountabilities to oversee the design, procurement and construction of the 1.5 GW Mona wind offshore farm. Reporting to the Project Director, you will manage a substantial budget, a globally based supply chain and a team of talented and experienced package managers.

In this role you will have overall responsibility for the safe and successful delivery of the EPCI scope of the offshore wind farm and associated transmission system according to the agreed schedule, budget and quality, supported by the Project Management Office, quality, HSSE and consenting teams. You will be responsible for the design, engineering, certification, procurement, fabrication, installation, construction, commissioning and handover to O&M of the project, ensuring compliance with consents obligations and implementing O&M requirements into design and delivery.

You will ensure the integrity of the design and delivery of the wind farm, including the integration of the packages, and be responsible for the preparation of CAPEX and energy yield, maximizing project optimization. Additionally, you will prepare procurement and contracting strategy in collaboration with package managers, working closely with the Project Procurement Manager to ensure the strategy is fit for purpose and ready for approval and implementation.

Requirements

Experience
- Strong leadership skills and experience of leading multidisciplinary teams in a global context.
- Proven track record of EPCI delivery at the largest scale of Offshore Wind projects including both generation and transmission scopes.
- Experience of working within UK HSSE and legislative context.

Qualifications
- Qualified to Masters degree level in a relevant engineering discipline.
