About the Role

As an Operations Operative in our Global Award Winning IT Recycling team, you will play a vital role in the full lifecycle of IT recycling operations. This hands-on role involves collections, deliveries, warehouse processing, refurbishment, and quality assurance tasks. You will carry out safe and efficient multi-drop IT recycling collections, load and unload vehicles, palletise collections, and ensure accurate documentation. In the warehouse, you will check, record, weigh, and count incoming assets, support refurbishment activities including data wiping and basic repairs, dismantle IT equipment for recycling or reuse, and pick and pack orders for shipment. Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant workspace is essential. You will also follow internal management systems, health and safety procedures, and sustainability practices while supporting continuous improvement and Lean working methods. This role offers variety and opportunities to develop multi-skilled capabilities across operations in a supportive and safety-conscious team environment.

Experience
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or IT recycling operations is advantageous but not essential. A hands-on, motivated approach and willingness to learn are key.

Qualifications
