About the Role
The Soil Association is seeking a Partnership Manager to manage significant multi-year partnerships with some of the UK’s most influential businesses. You will create compelling pitches that reflect the Soil Association’s ambition and resonate with ESG and sustainability priorities, driving real impact across the food and farming system. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow our partnership portfolio and collaborate across the wider Soil Association Group, including Certification and Exchange, to co-create embedded, strategic partnerships that unlock influence, innovation, and significant unrestricted funding.

Requirements

Experience
Proven track record in fundraising and managing multi-year partnerships, preferably with businesses focused on ESG and sustainability priorities.

You thrive in a fast-paced team environment and excel at building lasting partnerships with both supporters and colleagues. You have the ability to translate complex food systems programmes into simple, compelling propositions that align with shared strategic priorities.
