This role involves delivering complex multi-cargo port masterplans, feasibility studies, operational audits, and due diligence assignments globally. You will be trained in the use of WSP’s proprietary master planning tool PRIME to efficiently assess phased land use plans and associated CapEx and OpEx. Experience with port planning and/or simulation tools is desirable. Your role will be office based with opportunities for UK and international site visits. You will work in a highly inclusive and dynamic environment where collaboration, enthusiasm, and empathy are valued. With support from the team, you will broaden your skills and knowledge to support your career path at WSP.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with client organisations to deliver projects and achieve goals, coordinating between disciplines and stakeholders, delivering master planning and terminal planning projects, undertaking port capacity studies and operational audits, driving digitalisation and innovation through PRIME, supporting client relationship development, contributing to continuous improvement, and fostering a positive safety culture. You will also demonstrate commitment to collaboration, learning, and mentorship within the team.
