You will mentor and develop junior team members, provide technical guidance and support, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development activities including proposals and tender submissions. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated environmental solutions, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, guidance, industry standards and company procedures is essential. You will also support innovation and continuous improvement across ecological service delivery.
