About the Role
Bring your energy to Aggreko as Product Manager BESS. You will lead the strategic definition, planning, and execution for all centrally managed products within our Battery Storage portfolio. Power without pause. Heating, cooling and oil-free air without end. We keep our customers’ worlds on—from world-class events lasting a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities relying on us for decades.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and communicating the product vision and roadmap aligned to the strategic direction of the business.
- Ensuring business sponsorship for new product introductions and securing commitment of all business resources required to realize the business case.
- Owning product management and execution throughout its entire lifecycle, from business case to product succession.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify sourcing options and ensure product delivery on time, at quality and cost.
- Managing skills and resources required to deliver the product strategy, with overall accountability for team outcomes.
- Communicating with key stakeholders including regional customers, suppliers, executives, sales teams, and developers, acting as the Voice of Customer within the function.
- Understanding the competitive landscape and maintaining commercial and technical knowledge of industry trends and market drivers.
- Maintaining strategic supplier relationships and identifying new market opportunities.

Experience
Proven experience in product management, ideally within the energy storage or related sectors. Demonstrated ability to lead product strategy, planning, and execution across product lifecycles. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications
