About the Role
Mott MacDonald Bentley is recruiting a Project Solutions Manager to join the Anglian Water @One Alliance, a pioneering collaboration delivering over half of Anglian Water's capital investment programme. With an ambitious £2.3 billion capital investment in AMP8, the alliance is revolutionising infrastructure, sustainability, and digital transformation to protect the environment and support growing communities. As Project Solutions Manager, you will lead the design of critical water and wastewater infrastructure projects that shape the region's water future. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions that reduce carbon footprint, increase resilience, and protect the environment. Your responsibilities will include leading the initial optioneering stages, developing engineering plans covering scope, cost, schedule, risk and resources, collaborating with technical experts and suppliers, driving sustainability and innovation throughout the design lifecycle, ensuring compliance with CDM and safety requirements, fostering collaboration across project teams, managing quality processes, and supporting continuous improvement. You will also mentor and support your team's professional development and well-being. Experience
- Degree in engineering or equivalent experience (chartered or working toward it)
- Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and supplier input
- Strong knowledge of water sector infrastructure
- Understanding of CDM regulations and embedding health and safety into design
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Qualifications
