About the Role
The Dawn Meats Group, operating as Dunbia in the UK, is one of Europe's leading food processing companies with a commitment to producing better food naturally. We are seeking a Regional Environmental Manager to join our team and support multiple sites across the Westcountry. Reporting to both the Site Operations Managers and the Group Environmental Manager, you will provide expert advice on environmental matters to ensure compliance with legislation and customer requirements. Key responsibilities include recording environmental KPIs, developing energy initiatives, maintaining ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standards, managing environmental incidents, delivering in-house environmental training, and supporting engineering teams with waste water treatment operations. You will also be responsible for the performance and development of your direct reports, ensuring adherence to company policies, legislative requirements, and customer trends.

Experience
Proven ability to manage environmental responsibilities within an industrial or food processing sector is desirable. Experience working across multiple sites and delivering environmental training is advantageous.

Qualifications
