About the Role
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to lead Void Property management across our North London region. Reporting directly to the Head of Region, this multifaceted role involves working closely with all stakeholders to drive continual improvements in performance. You will utilise your strong administration skills and collaborate with like-minded colleagues to make a real difference in providing homes to new customers. Key responsibilities include reviewing scopes of work, verifying SOR codes, raising and authorising works orders, and liaising with contractors and internal departments. You will run weekly stakeholder meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues, escalate key themes for process reviews, and work with partnering contractors, external agencies, and other departments to ensure void works are delivered and maintained according to Metropolitan Thames Valley policies and contractual agreements.

Experience
- Experience working with different teams and coordinating actions
- Ability to understand technical or complex information and link it to SOR codes
- Experience scrutinising information to ensure correct budget allocation
