As a Residential Area Sales Manager Apprentice, you will be supported by your Regional Sales Manager and based in either the North East or Gloucester area. You will study for your Sales Executive Apprenticeship Level 4 through a reputable training provider while gaining hands-on experience.
Your role will involve maintaining and growing business levels with existing one-off installers via a network of merchants to achieve sales targets for Baxi domestic solutions including gas boilers, ASHPs, unvented cylinder ranges, and domestic point of use Heatrae Sadia products. You will also work with merchants to sell the Baxi & Heatrae Sadia product range and drive sales from installers to merchants.
Key responsibilities include:
- Striving to maintain and grow market share and volume for relevant Baxi & Heatrae products while being mindful of margin contributions
- Fully embracing the company’s vision and values
- Organising and proactively managing sales activity
- Delivering budget targets and building a new installer pipeline
- Meeting and exceeding all KPIs as outlined by your manager
- Managing day-to-day activities, reports, and communications
- Identifying trends and maintaining close relationships with key customers and decision makers
- Working on multiple targets at different stages simultaneously
- Negotiating and managing customer needs and expectations to influence buying decisions
- Identifying and developing new customer relationships as well as managing existing accounts
- Building effective and cooperative working relationships with internal and external colleagues
- Ensuring all Health and Safety procedures and guidelines are upheld.
This role is vital to Baxi and requires a highly motivated individual who works diligently using a journey plan to find lucrative new business via installer and merchant sectors.

Experience
No prior industry experience required. Enthusiasm and motivation to learn and grow in a sales environment are essential.

Qualifications
- GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C/4/Pass or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence required
- Other relevant qualifications or industry experience can be considered and the apprenticeship adjusted accordingly
