About the Role
At M Group Energy, we deliver essential infrastructure services supporting electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering, and home decarbonisation. As a Resolution Coordinator, you will play a key role in connecting with energy clients and installer partners to keep operations running smoothly within a risk and governance-driven environment. Working closely with Compliance and Reporting Analysts and Finance under the guidance of the Submissions Team Lead, you will contribute significantly to our ECO delivery.
You will maintain and update records regularly, deliver accurate reports, and keep stakeholders informed. Staying ahead of guidance updates from DESNZ, Ofgem, and funder partners will be essential to ensure compliance. The role involves varied duties supporting our mission to eliminate fuel poverty and provide energy efficiency and carbon reduction advice to homeowners and local authorities.

Experience
- Previous experience in an admin or client-facing role
- Experience with Excel

- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Passionate about problem-solving and effective communication
- Preferred but not essential: Knowledge and experience of the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) including scheme rules and compliance requirements
