Home Decarbonisation - We’re working to eliminate fuel poverty, providing end-to-end management in energy efficiency and carbon reduction. Our team works closely with homeowners and local authority partners to provide home energy advice to prepare for Net Zero.
As part of our team, you’ll be at the forefront of the transition to net zero, working with not just those around you, but across the Group - sharing learnings to deliver essential infrastructure services for life.
Are you passionate about problem-solving and effective communication? As a Resolution Coordinator, you will connect with energy clients and installer partners, keeping things running smoothly in a risk and governance-driven setup. You will team up with Compliance and Reporting Analysts, plus Finance, under the guidance of our Submissions Team Lead – making a big impact in our ECO delivery.
You’ll maintain and update records regularly, deliver accurate reports, and keep stakeholders informed. You will stay ahead of guidance updates from DESNZ, Ofgem, and funder partners, ensuring compliance. The role involves varied duties to support our mission.

Experience
- Previous experience in an admin or client-facing role
- Experience with Excel

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with multiple stakeholders
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience of the Energy Company Obligation (ECO), including scheme rules and compliance requirements, is preferred but not essential
