£30,698 starting salary + monthly commission, with potential to earn up to £92,000 per year

About the Role
Join British Gas and be part of a team revolutionising how we power the planet. As a Heating Solutions Sales Advisor, you will be the face of British Gas, visiting customers’ homes and providing expert quotes on energy-saving solutions including new boilers, central heating systems, solar panels, and air source heat pumps. This role is more than just sales – you will be helping to power the UK’s journey toward a cleaner, greener future by promoting energy efficiency and sustainable technologies.

British Gas has been powering UK homes and businesses for over 200 years and is committed to making the UK greener and more energy efficient, helping customers reduce their carbon footprint through innovative technology.

You will start with 7 weeks of fully-paid residential training (accommodation provided) to equip you with the skills needed to succeed in this lucrative and rewarding role. You will work within recruiting areas including Greenwich, Hounslow, and Cobham, with a supportive team focused on delivering excellent customer service and sustainable solutions.

Experience
Proven success in business-to-consumer sales is essential.

About you
You are a self-starter with a target-driven mindset, natural people skills to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders, and possess energy, resilience, and a competitive edge. A full UK driving licence is required.

No specific qualifications are required, but a passion for sustainability and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service are key.
