About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, creative, and commercially minded Sales & Marketing Executive to join Skydiamond, a luxury fine jewellery brand within the Green Britain Group (including Ecotricity). This hands-on and varied role suits someone who thrives across events, content creation, partnerships, and sales, confidently representing a luxury brand both online and in person.

Key Responsibilities
Events (B2C & B2B)
Research and organise UK bridal and trunk shows end-to-end
Manage logistics including couriers, visual merchandising, line lists, and high-value stock
Support B2B events and partnerships
Organise agile, low-cost press events with partners such as luxury hotels in the Cotswolds

Social & Digital
Schedule organic content (3 times per week) plus regular stories
Create luxury-led content using Canva and Photoshop
Weekly LinkedIn posting
Manage paid campaign assets and liaise with digital agency
Send weekly Klaviyo emails and monthly newsletters
Write SEO blogs monthly on Shopify

Sales & Partnerships
Host showroom appointments confidently
Outreach to jewellers and bridal community
Negotiate retail and consignment agreements
Build strong local Cotswold bridal relationships

PR & Influencer
Conduct stylist outreach and showroom appointments
Create press lookbooks
Research influencers and manage gifting aligned with brand positioning
Attend industry events as a brand representative

Campaigns & Collections
Manage product launches including descriptions, imagery, and hero graphics
Plan cross-channel promotion across social, email, and web
Maintain a 3-month marketing calendar

Administration
Raise purchase orders, manage invoices and expenses
Organise imagery and marketing assets
