Sales Representative - Fixed Term Contract

Location
Based at Upper Norton Farm, Sutton Scotney, Hampshire, SO21 3QF. The role requires travel further afield with occasional overnight stays, with prior notice. A full UK driving licence is essential as you will be driving one of our branded VW electric vans most days.
Hours
Varied working hours averaging around 40 hours per week over a four-week rolling period. Weekend working is essential to cover busy events and maximise earnings. Some days may start earlier or finish later depending on event schedules and locations.
Salary
£29,782.67 per year plus uncapped commission with an OTE of £38,000–£40,000. Profit share available for all co-owners.
About the Role
Join Riverford Organic Farmers Ltd as a Sales Representative on a 7-month fixed term contract from 30th March to 1st November 2026. You will be a key ambassador for our award-winning organic veg box business, engaging customers face to face at high streets, train stations, markets, and major foodie and wellbeing events. Your role involves setting up eye-catching stands, starting conversations, and confidently converting interest into new customers on the spot. Success is measured by your ability to grow our customer base and your performance is rewarded with uncapped commission.
All new starters receive an all-expenses-paid training trip to our main farm in Devon to learn about our products and sharpen sales skills. Ongoing coaching and support will help you hit the ground running.

Experience
Backgrounds in events, hospitality, retail, or similar customer-facing roles are advantageous but not essential.
