About the Role
Join PGIM Credit’s sustainable investment team as a Senior Analyst supporting the senior sustainable investment portfolio specialist. This role offers exposure to a broad range of ESG-related topics and involves close collaboration with investment professionals, product and marketing teams, client-facing teams, as well as legal and compliance departments. Key responsibilities include delivering ESG-related reporting and regulatory disclosures, preparing product documentation and marketing materials, and responding to ESG-related client and prospect queries. You will also help maintain and enhance the implementation of clients’ ESG objectives across the Credit platform, and assist in building and maintaining the systems and tools used for these processes. What You Can Expect
- Support client-facing and external communications for the sustainable investment team.
- Prepare, review, and maintain SFDR (EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation) documentation and disclosures, ensuring accuracy and regulatory alignment.
- Assist in creating and reviewing sustainability reports, product documentation, stewardship reporting, and sustainable investment policy materials.
- Draft and review ESG-related responses for due diligence questionnaires, requests for proposals, consultant databases, and other client inquiries.
- Enhance and maintain ESG and sustainable investment narratives for client and prospect communications and marketing.
- Conduct ESG competitive analysis and industry research, providing recommendations.
- Contribute to ESG thought leadership initiatives.
- Develop and maintain related systems, tools, and processes.
- Summarize client meeting feedback for the ESG team.

Experience
Approximately 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Direct experience supporting sustainability-related reporting, regulatory disclosures, client communications, or stewardship activities is highly desirable.
Familiarity with sustainable finance regulations and frameworks such as SFDR, EU Taxonomy, TCFD, SDR, and the UK Stewardship Code is advantageous.
Experience in fixed income and/or asset management is a plus.
