About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Arboriculture Consultant to join our Arboriculture Team. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting site surveys, including BS 5837 2012 tree condition surveys, producing robust technical reports at a senior level, carrying out Arboricultural Impact Assessments (AIAs) and Arboricultural Method Statements (AMSs), assisting with client liaison, resource and workload planning, and supporting the wider team’s vision and objectives. You will have the unique opportunity to collaborate closely with our in-house Ecology and Habitats team to develop and deliver bespoke mitigation and enhancement schemes that provide genuine and lasting benefits for wildlife. Experience
- Suitable Arboriculture qualification such as FdSc Arb or BSc Arboriculture
- Arboricultural knowledge including BS 5837 2012 tree condition surveys and preparation of Arboricultural Impact Assessments and Method Statements
- Technical report writing experience at a senior level
- Ability to identify risks and opportunities, minimising risks and capitalising on opportunities
- Experience leading and organising surveys
- Excellent working knowledge of UK and European legislation and the planning system
- Strong understanding of Health and Safety issues related to site work
- Full UK driving licence

Qualifications
