About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Arboriculture Consultant to join our Arboriculture Team. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting site surveys (including BS 5837 2012 tree condition surveys), producing robust technical reports at a senior level, carrying out Arboricultural Impact Assessments (AIAs) and Arboricultural Method Statements (AMSs), assisting with client liaison, resource and workload planning, and supporting the wider team’s vision and objectives. The company also undertakes specialist conservation-driven projects and is rapidly expanding its Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) services. Our integrated approach, combining Ecology and Arboriculture with an in-house Habitats contracting team, ensures practical knowledge informs all mitigation, habitat creation, restoration, and management schemes.
The team fosters a professional family atmosphere where fun is part of working life, while maintaining an outstanding reputation for excellence. Quarterly staff appreciation days and community volunteering opportunities are part of our culture. The role is based at our idyllic office location in the Cotswolds with on-site parking, with options for hybrid working and company vehicles provided for meetings and site attendances.
Additional benefits include 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a company pension, sick pay, continued career progression with annual CPD and training budget, and access to internal Mental First Aid qualified staff.
