About the Role
Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. Join our Cost Management team working in the private commercial sector delivering projects for global corporate real estate clients. You will advise clients across the full range of cost management services including feasibility budget advice, design development cost planning, procurement and tendering, and post contract delivery. Responsibilities include managing feasibility studies, procurement strategy and contract selection; overseeing cost planning, estimating and final cost plans; managing procurement stages, contract documents and commercial administration; ensuring accurate valuations, cost control and monthly reporting; assessing design change impacts and contractor claims; guiding completion, defects and final accounts; managing and developing cost consultancy teams; and driving continuous improvement while supporting net zero goals. Experience
Strong experience in cost planning, budgeting and contract administration within the corporate real estate sector.

About you
Degree qualified with professional accreditation (e.g., MRICS) and sector expertise. Skilled negotiator with advanced analytical, digital and communication capabilities. Deep knowledge of contracts, risk management, sustainability and industry best practice. Passionate about delivering client-focused solutions and continuous improvement. Committed to safety, integrity and fostering an inclusive working environment.

Qualifications
Degree qualification in a relevant discipline and professional accreditation such as MRICS are required.
