About the Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer on our Industrial Sustainability Reporting Platform, you will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable APIs, services, and accessibility-first user interfaces. You will deliver AI-native features spanning carbon accounting, ESG data collection, and sustainability planning capabilities, driving the platform's evolution into modular, event-driven, API-first components.

You will own reliability and operational excellence, champion DevOps practices including CI/CD, deployment automation, monitoring, and incident response, and collaborate closely with Platform Engineers within a lean DevOps shared service model. Mentoring engineers and promoting engineering best practices will be key to raising the technical bar across the team.

Working closely with Product Management, Design, AI, and other engineering teams, you will bring a product- and customer-led mindset to solve complex customer pain points with elegant, scalable engineering solutions. Experience
- Strong full stack software engineering experience with proven capability in both front-end and back-end development
- Solid experience with modern front-end technologies, particularly React or similar frameworks
- Strong back-end engineering experience, ideally including GoLang or comparable general-purpose programming languages
- Experience designing and building scalable APIs, services, and cloud-native applications
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices including CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, automation, and incident response
- Experience delivering secure, observable, high-quality production software
- Ability to lead technical design discussions and influence architectural decisions
- Effective collaboration and communication skills across Product, Design, Platform, and Engineering teams

Qualifications
Essential
- Strong focus on code quality, automated testing, documentation, performance, and maintainability
- Experience with secure, scalable, and maintainable software development

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Experience with event-driven architectures, distributed systems, or microservices
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams
- Experience mentoring engineers or contributing to engineering standards
- Experience with AI-enabled, data-intensive, sustainability, carbon intelligence, ESG reporting, or enterprise SaaS products
- Familiarity with sustainability frameworks and standards (e.g., GHG Protocol, CSRD, SBTi)
- Familiarity with observability, reliability engineering, SLOs, error budgets, and production incident management
