About the Role
As a Senior Landscape Architect you will be responsible for managing mid-scale, or aspects of large-scale landscape projects in the UK and internationally, across multiple sectors, and through all aspects of design and development. You will deliver high quality design and technical work, engaging others with your creative and innovative thinking. You will demonstrate a detailed understanding of the design process and project brief, coordinating the preparation of project deliverables and other activities related to project development. You will take responsibility for quality control and supervision of project deliverables, coordinating and integrating the work of external contractors, suppliers and professionals. You will role model company values and contribute towards a collaborative environment where innovation is encouraged and best practice shared. Building networks across the business and seeking leadership opportunities by directing and supporting junior team members will be key. You will develop effective relationships with clients and consultants, supporting senior colleagues with client presentations and contributing positively to project meetings and client engagements. Additionally, you will take responsibility for aspects of the project budget, liaising with stakeholders to ensure delivery, and develop a working understanding of cost control, fee charging and project finance, considering how project fees are maximised without threatening client relationships and repeat work. Experience
You are a talented designer with a portfolio showcasing great creativity and innovative thinking. You have experience successfully delivering large scale projects through all work stages, both in the UK and internationally. You possess strong organisational and supervisory skills with a proven ability to manage projects and people to deliver great results.

Qualifications
You are degree qualified in a related design field or hold equivalent certification. Professional registration is preferred. You are proficient in computer applications commonly used within your discipline, with 3D modelling and Revit skills highly desirable or essential.
