About the Role
Baringa is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our dynamic and growing Strategy & Transactions practice, supporting work in the low carbon infrastructure and renewables space. You will work with a diverse range of clients including energy companies, independent developers, and infrastructure funds to identify and execute value creation opportunities related to renewable and low carbon infrastructure portfolios. Our approach leverages deep market, technical, commercial, and regulatory expertise to optimize infrastructure investments across the entire project lifecycle. Typical projects include advising investors on portfolio optimization and value creation, capability investments in asset and revenue management, and leading commercial due diligence on large platform deals in mature renewables, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and power-to-x (PtX) technologies. This role also involves providing leadership and coaching to junior team members to help scale and evolve the practice over the next 3-5 years.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop hypotheses and deliver conclusions under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing and presenting investment theses to Investment Committees.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in team building and leading client engagements.

About you
Motivated leader with a passion for low carbon infrastructure and renewables, capable of providing leadership bandwidth and coaching to junior team members. You thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy solving complex challenges, and are committed to driving positive impact through your work.
