About the Role
FTSE Russell (LSEG) is transforming how Sustainable Investment (SI) data is gathered, managed, and delivered by building modern platforms that power index and data products used globally. We are seeking a hands-on Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our Sustainable Investment data platforms — from onboarding new data sources through to migration, delivery, and ongoing optimisation. This is a delivery-focused product role where you will define the roadmap, work closely with engineering and operations teams, and ensure high-quality, reliable data products that meet both client and regulatory expectations.

Experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience in data product ownership, technology, business analysis, operations, or application delivery within banking or financial services
- Exposure to commercial product and operations teams in the financial industry, ideally linked to Indexing or Funds
- Experience with Sustainable data vendors and products such as ESG indicators, climate data, carbon emissions, and green revenues
- Proven ability to take new data sources from discovery through to production, including source evaluation, data mapping, ingestion, validation, change management, and operational handover
- Experience leading migration of datasets from legacy systems to strategic data platforms (cloud, data lake, warehouse), including data mapping, transformation design, reconciliation, parallel run strategies, and cutover planning
- Familiarity with data management and artificial intelligence applications in a business context
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Qualifications
- Experience with Sustainable Investment / ESG data is highly desirable
