About the Role
Egis, a global consulting and engineering firm, is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Project Manager to support key strategic initiatives within ongoing nuclear projects and contribute to innovative civil works design and upcoming tenders. You will work closely with the Egis Project Director on the SZC Contract, lead civil works design innovation in coordination with French teams, and support major tender preparations for nuclear projects scheduled for 2025-2026. This role requires a problem-solving mindset, cross-functional coordination, and strong project delivery expertise in a complex, international environment. You will help optimize project performance, drive digital innovation in civil engineering design, and ensure alignment across multidisciplinary teams to deliver climate-responsible infrastructure solutions.

Experience
- Proven experience in civil engineering project management, ideally within the nuclear or large infrastructure sector.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a track record of resolving project challenges.
- Familiarity with UK and French nuclear project frameworks, including regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Experience working across multi-disciplinary teams and international collaborations.
- Knowledge of tendering processes and strategic business development is a plus.
