About the Role

You will play a central role in shaping the journal’s climate content and editorial direction, overseeing the peer review process, engaging with authors and reviewers, commissioning compelling content, and building relationships within the research and sustainability communities.
Responsibilities include identifying and developing high-impact content, managing peer review with rigor and fairness, selecting expert reviewers, commissioning and editing Reviews and Perspectives, planning thematic issues, contributing to editorial strategy, representing the journal at events, and supporting digital content and outreach.
