- Maintaining regular engagement with key suppliers to drive progress against transition milestones.
- Mapping and assessing upstream sustainable fibre and material sources to identify sourcing opportunities.
- Partnering with Buying and Sourcing teams to embed sustainable materials goals into practical sourcing solutions.
- Leading tracking, verification, and validation of sustainable materials data and certifications at product and fabric levels.
- Driving closure of data and certification gaps through targeted supplier engagement.
- Defining business needs for certification and traceability data and shaping system solutions.
- Translating legislative requirements (ESPR, DPP, ECGT, CMA Green Claims Code) into readiness plans embedded in strategy and processes.
- Improving systems, dashboards, and reporting to support sustainable materials and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinating company and industry reporting and managing relationships with key organisations.
- Managing the Sustainable Product Team’s day-to-day delivery, setting priorities, removing blockers, and supporting team development through coaching and feedback.

- Commercially aware with experience balancing cost, quality, and speed-to-market in sustainable materials solutions.
- Strong analytical and data management skills, including validation of supplier, material, and certification data for audit-ready reporting.
