About the Role
As a Site Manager for Novus Property Solutions, you will play a key role in delivering retrofit and planned refurbishment works within live Social Housing environments. This fixed term contract runs until March 2027 and offers the opportunity to manage skilled professional trade teams while mobilising a new client with retrofit works in a secure environment with long-term contracts. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of multiple designated sites, managing site personnel to complete contracts on time, within budget, and with zero defects, while maintaining the highest Health & Safety standards for your team, clients, and the public.

Your work will include delivering varied retrofit measures such as solar installations, loft insulation and ventilation, windows and doors. Accurate documentation, evidence recording, and meeting tight deadlines are vital to meet the requirements of the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF). Supported by your peers, team, and management, you will be trusted to make decisions, solve problems, and develop relationships to grow revenue and social value within the communities you serve.

Experience
Strong experience in planned refurbishment works and preferably retrofit knowledge within Social Housing or tenanted properties. Experience managing multiple sites simultaneously and delivering projects through to completion and handover. Familiarity with internal and external works including solar, insulation, ventilation measures, and window and door installations. Commercial awareness to ensure costs meet budget requirements.

You must hold a full UK driving licence to travel to sites daily.

Qualifications
SMSTS or associated NVQ qualification required. 3-day First Aid certification. Proficient in IT and MS Office applications. The role requires a satisfactory DBS check.
