About the Role
Join our vibrant school community as a Site Supervisor at Woodhill Primary School. In this creative and hands-on role, you will oversee and manage all site maintenance and repair work, ensuring the school premises are safe, secure, and well-maintained. Your flair for DIY and imagination will transform everyday repairs into inspiring projects that engage and delight our pupils. From fixing fences to repurposing benches, your work will help create a welcoming and stimulating environment for children and staff alike.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating with contractors and suppliers, monitoring energy consumption to implement cost-saving measures, assisting with event planning and setup, and managing waste disposal and recycling programs. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people while developing your skills and professional network within the education sector.

Experience

Qualifications
Basic caretaking skills are required. Relevant qualifications or training in site management, health and safety, or related fields would be beneficial but are not essential.
