About the Role
We are currently seeking a Site Waste Coordinator to manage and coordinate waste handling at our busy client site. Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of waste management from the factory, working closely with client teams and waste providers. This is a hands-on role involving moving and loading waste, as well as performing deep cleans on site. You will be required to operate and manage balers and compactors in compliance with site health and safety regulations. The role requires flexibility to support the manager, team, and client with a variety of related tasks. As part of Apleona, you will receive full training and support to ensure you can perform your duties effectively and become an integral part of the team.

Experience
- FLT licence (essential)
- Experience in a similar role and/or environment
- Experience handling waste
- Previous experience using baler machines is desirable

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic PC skills
- Physically able to undertake a variety of manual tasks
- Willingness to pitch in with a variety of tasks to support the team and client

No formal qualifications required; full training will be provided upon starting the role.
